Vortech pump

My vortech 10 wes pump is probably 6 months old now and the dry side keeps losing its grip off my 40 gallon breeder. I've flipped the rubber piece over, tried wetting it and it still won't stick for any length of time. Any ideas ????

Contact Ecotech by email or calling the 800#. The only question is do you have the dry side supported by tie wraps like instructions call for?

Tie wraps have nothing to do with it and there is no setting for glass thickness

You found how to set it for different thicknesses of glass, right?

The 10s don't have adjusters for different tank thicknesses. This is just on the 40s and probably the 60s. Not sure on the 60s since I only have a 10 and a 40.
