Fish choices for 100 gallon SPS reef!

For my 100 gallon SPS dominated reef, I am running an algae scrubber in conjunction with a very large protein skimmer to achieve the heavy import and export method, as I feel this is what path I would like to take. I will also have a 0.6cm layer of acrylic instead of a sand bed. I am planning on my flow being ridiculous (2 jebao RW-20's + 2 Jebao RW-8's), so the piece of acrylic has no algae growing on it (one of the wave makers pointed directly at the bottom so there is no settling of detritus.

Because of how much nutrient's there WON'T be, many SPS keepers (from what I've seen and read) felt that after they added a lot more fish to their reefs, they experienced better colour and growth on their SPS, as the corals were exposed to a temporary large amount of fish poo (Apparently coral's best natural food! - A large fish bioload would eliminate all of the unnecessary coral foods, as the fish waste would serve as those products, being in temporary suspension in the water column before being removed by the algae scrubber and protein skimmer.

I would love some help as to fish choices to achieve a heavy bioload for a 100 gallon tank!

What if I purchased 3 very small tangs (3cm) of each species I was thinking of - Sailfin, regal and yellow. ( 3 of each species to limit aggression between conspecific species) Now obviously 9 tangs in a 100 gallon tank does not sound good at all. However as they are small, I believe that as they reach a larger size, I will sell them as it would be unfair to the fish to house them in a small tank (For tangs). I would of course be providing them with plenty of algae based food products!!!

Please tell me what you think of this idea, and respond with what the maximum amount of tangs you would recommend for this size tank! Thanks again in advance!

Fish choices for 100 gallon SPS reef!

I have two tangs, blue hippo and yellow in my 240 with a pyramid butterfly (which poops a ton by the way, and is a reef safe butterfly), and I wouldn't want to add anymore. I have other fish, but those would be my top three largest. Just by watching them interact with each other, I can tell if I had more they'd not like it.

I wouldn't get that many tangs in a hundred gallon... Yes, fish waste can be beneficial to corals, but in moderation. A ton of waste in your water will throw your parameters off so much it will probably hurt your corals in the long run.

Plants need fertilizer like miracle grow, but if you add too much the plant will burn out and die.

For your tank I personally would limit myself to one tang, maybe get away with two if they're smaller species

I wouldn't add a single tang to a 100 gallon tank.

9 is recipe for disaster. And the plan to sell them when the get larger is also not really a sound one.

Damsels get along at that volume, and there's only one that bothers coral. The b&w dascyllus may pick up a loose frag and throw it in a territorial snit, but if your frags are secured you won't have any trouble. Only one of each species: you don't want mated pairs if breeding is not your aim. The behavior of dascyllus types is roughly like maroon clowns; the behavior of the Fiji blues is fairly quiet, and you can get away with 2. Yellowtails, again, multiples ok. do NOT put chromis in with dascyllus types.
