I purchased the IceCap24 Sump. I am in the middle of a build right now so I am anxious to get it setup. I liked the features. filter sock, adjustable water level and ATO reservoir.

Thats great. Looking forward to seeing it come together. Do you have a thread in the tank journal section?

I have the K2-120 skimmer in my 65 + sump (around 70 gallons of water volume). The design is slightly different, but for the 120 it's near silent, performs great and has a decently small footprint.

So I received my icecap k2-160 today. Will be a little while before I get it running but first impressions, I have to say the build quality and acrylic work is VERY good.

I'm considering buying a K2 vs Aquamaxx Cone S?
