TUNZe nano
Hi Everyone,
I am now on my third Tunze nano... and getting frustrated Everything turn on when its supposed too, however when ever the pump turns on no water comes out of the pump. If I end up sucking on the black hose to "prime" the pump it works fine.... Any ideas? Thanks |

Not sure I can help much but I'm on my 2nd Nano. Both have had the same issue - the pump won't turn on to top off until I unplug the unit from my power strip and plug it back in.

I had issues with my pump on my 3152 and 3155 both. turning them upside down and shaking the air out of the pump was needed. Once the air was out of the pump and water filled, then I have never had a single issue with either unit's since.

If my ATO tank runs out of water, I have to purge the pump. I do this by grabbing the hose and moving the pump up and down fast in the water, while the pump is running. It usually starts sucking immediately. I dont have any issues with the pump unless I run it out of water.
I do however have an occasional problem with the float. When its time to fill the tank the float does not turn the pump on. I have to unplug and and then plug it back in for it to work... |
