What type of sponge is this?
My GSP was retracted, and I saw what looks like sponges growing among the polyps. Any idea what they are? Good or bad?

something in the way of an in-focus picture would help.

You have the technology to do circles on your photo, but you can't get one that's in focus?

I don't think it is a sponge. Might be a barnacle. Do you ever see anything come out of it?

It's GSP! It looks like it's a sponge. If you don't like it or it starts killing the GSP, pick it off. If they live together in harmony, leave it alone.
