Question About Tank Transfer Method
Is TTM still effective if you do it with 2 fish at once? For example if you want to add two tangs concurrently to try to minimize aggression?
Thanks |

Should be fine. Many people do it with multiple fish at once. Ive done it, though have had some struggles. Keep an eye on ammonia levels.

I am doing it now with two fish in 10g tanks. Its more about the aggression/size of fish in relation to area vs the number of fish.
think about it...3 yellow prawn gobies vs 3 mature dwarf angels....completely different.

yes. i've done it myself with 3 anthias in the same TTM tank, and again with a pair of file fish.
works the same because they're all being transferred at the same time to the new tanks, leaving any unwanted nasties behind.
