Well I just did something stupid.
I lost my colony of copepods in my breeder to a broken air pump. So while waiting to get more I thought I'd just stir up my fuge because there are thousands in there. So i removed the sponge between the fuge and the return pump and shook the rocks in my fuge. I look up at the DT and immediately regret my decision. Snowing little pieces of chaeto and various other plants that have made their way into my fuge all over the place.
What do you think? Am I doomed to forever be picking plants or of my DT? Or will my hippo tang do me a solid and chomp it all down? |

My tangs never cared much for chaeto and I had a similar issue. It took me a few months of chasing down every thread of chaeto that wanted to grow in the DT.
Good luck.
