Is this STN? Pics inside... Making me crazy!

I'm running a low nutrient SPS heavy tank.

Size: 300g 96x30x24
Calc: 420
Mag: 1300
Alk: 7.8 (very consistent, check daily)
Dosing Prodibio
No4: 0.02
No3: 0.1-0.0
Temp: 78.9-79.1 (apex)
8 Hydra 52 LEDs

For some reason it always seems at least one coral starts to STN, if I pull it then it feels like it's a death sentence for some other random SPS frag/colony. It always seems like it's one at a time, so strange!

Can you look at these pics and tell me if it looks like STN to you? I can't see any pests and when I last dipped an STNing frag I saw nothing fall off...
