I think this thing has been eating my hammer coral

I had a decent sized hammer coral that seemed to be doing well for a couple of months and then it started getting more and more sunk in. It's almost completely gone so I tried doing a coral dip as a last resort. This thing fell off during the dip. Can anyone identify it and let me know if it might be the culprit. My tank parameters all seem right on and no other corals seem affected.

Thanks

Hard to tell for certain, but in the first pic it looks like a stomatella snail - a beneficial hitchhiker. If it is a stomatella, it is harmless to your hammer.

+1 Looks like a stomattella snail to me too, wouldn't bother your torch.

This...

I would investigate your water parameters as a place to start in your investigation.
