Formalin in Canada?

Anyone know anywhere to get this in canada? Don't suppose this is something I can just pick up at home depot?

Hello,

I was looking for the same thing with no luck. If your looking to treat Brook I would use Paraguard by Seachem. This is what I found as an alternative.

Yeah I just always hear about Formalin baths for new fish and really just wanted to add it into my QT regime as it can't hurt.....(if done right of course) right now I do 2 week observation then TTM with Prazipro On tanks 2 and 4. Then another 2 week observation. Wanted to add Formalin bath to the arrival process. And just to have on hand in case. But can't find the stuff....locally. may have to source it out online.

Do you use ParaGuard as a dip? Is that good?

Yeah amazon.ca wants $40 + $10 shipping for a $10 bottle....

I think I have found some at reef supplies....but will wait till I need more stuff to order to make it worth the shipping costs

To be honest I haven't had to use it yet, and hopefully never do. But this is what I bought as an alternative. I don't like to treat unless I see issues.
