order

hey all I'm new to the saltwater world. I basically have all that I need to start except live rock. I have a 60 gallon tank. I was wondering what order to add everything. live sand, water, microblift, then live rock? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

af

Start with your rock, then place the sand, then premixed salt water. The idea is placing the rock on the glass will not cause it to tumble when the sand shifts.

Also, instead of starting 10 threads for a single question, next time make one large question thread. It makes tracking the answers easier, and people will more likely answer them all in one place instead of clicking on 10 different threads to answer a single question.

you can put a piece of egg crate / light deffuser under the rock to help keep it in place and prevent from scratching your glass.. thou its not totally needed..

then as said above rock sand water get equipment running and lots of waiting
