If i do a glass coast to coast over flow can i make an exact replica of the ghost overflows outside box and use that on the back of my tank?

Yes you can. If your trying to do a slim low profile inner coast to coast, you could do an exact replica or just make a glass box and silicone it on the outer back panel. If your going to use a bulkhead gasket for the seal, you'll have to plan it out so the gasket is serviceable, and the bulkhead fitting doesn't get trapped in a tight space.
