Dawn to dusk aquarium light

Hi all,

I am looking for either an automatic dimmer control or a dawn to dusk automatic light for my 28 and 90 gallon salt water tanks. Please let me know what your suggestions are.

Thanks

Any aquarium controller or any light with a built in controller.

Inexpensive timers from the hardware store (under 15 each).

Most light fixtures come with internal timers nowadays. Most LED fixtures have timers.

The higher priced ones do, the inexpensive ones don't.

It's a 'red herring'. None of the lights I've had or seen do a particularly good job of dimming. They do fine at the higher intensities, but then don't properly dim away to nothing. Good news is that is more about the human than the fish or inverts. They don't really seem to care all that much.

I'd actually like a light that dims down to nothing, and does so smoothly. I've had a few suggested to me that do it, but than actually didn't. So for now it's like Sasquatch: I'll only believe when I see with my own eyes.
