My eyes are bad, but it looks like some sort of nudibranch to me. I could be wrong.

Not all are bad, but I would scrape the eggs off just to be certain. The possible benefits of a good creature are far outweighed by the risks of a bad. Especially depending on what else is in the tank. I can think of any nudis that would bother the hammer, but if you have montis or zoas...
