80 degree angle of light, meh. You could do better for that price esp since mounting is not included.

If you have an Apex the basic is all you need as the ports on it are 0-10V. As for the 80deg comment they also have a wider lens for it which is 110deg I think. It's not a bad light though.

Comes with 80 and 110 lens
I use them on my tank and they work great.....all my corals are growing but only SPS is montipora. |

Had one on my cube. Love the form factor, the (optional) mount is excellent, timers did what I needed them to do, run cool, nearly silent, coral coloration was excellent.
Growth rates were not. Sold mine to a local that has the same tank I do, but has a full hood, with 2x 24" T5s. He replace an inexpensive LED box with the Halo. So far, he's happy with it. I went with a 250w DE halide pendant. I _know_ it'll grow corals |

I have one of the AquaticLife LED strip fixtures that worked very well before I upgraded to the Radians. 80 degrees is kinda gimp, thought. I think there may be something better out there for that price like Rob said

im also looking into t5 for my 265 maybe 3 24" cause i have 2 cross bar which i hate Any suggestions on t5 for a 265 84lx24wx32h
