How do I plumb additional tanks to main display tank?

I have a 140 gallon display tank and I want to add a small tank on either side of it. Specifically I want to add two tanks, 17" wide x 15" deep x 30" tall each. I would like to use the display tanks sump for filtration. The tank on the right would be a display refugium, the tank on the left would be an anenome tank. I plan on a single AI prime light over each of the small tanks. What I need to know is how to plumb it (sizes of pipes and return pump sizes). I would like to use H20overflow for the returns and will be plumbing in a manifold on the main system.
If anyone can recommend a manufacturer of acrylic tanks that meet the 17" wide x 15" deep x 30" tall specifications it would be greatly appreciated. Those are maximum measurements, could trim and inch here or there if needed.
