I am going to hard plumb the tank. Off my return pump I want to basically run a manifold to run my reactors and any other equipment. So my dumb question is once i run the line from the manifold to the inlet on the reactor, where do i run the return from the outlet? Back into the sump?

Thanks in advance

Plans are in place to replace the divider wall between the Dinning Room and Kitchen
with a 300 gallon aquarium. (Just dont tell the wife!)

What kind of reactor? a calcium one? IMO for most types of reactor the ideal choice is to retorn the water yo the skimmer compartment. For example in Ca++ reactors this would allow you to eliminate the remaining CO2 disolved thus stabilizing de pH of the exit water. In biopellet reactors you can directly export nutrients traped in circulatin bacteria. In GFO reactors small loose particles can be trapped within de skimmer chamber preventing them from reaching the main display tank.

Hope I was helpful
