Help with ID/Plan of action?

Hi,

I attached some pics of what I found this morning on the female clown. Can somebody help with ID?

No changes in behavior or appetite. Male shows no symptoms. The only other fish in the tank is a sailfin blenny. Couple soft corals, Ritteri Anemone, and a sea hare.

Should I wait and see or get out in front of this one? ie. QT her, QT both, copper??

Thanks,
Chris

Also

I should mention that I can't see anything in or on her gills. Last week I did notice her rubbing up against some rocks but haven't seen it since. Doesn't seem to be in distress and attacks me the second I put my finger in the water lol.
