Added advanced controller, durso now bubbling

My tank has 2 durso standpipe drains, have been running fine for almost 2 years with no issue and silent (had to fix a flushing issue with them when first set up but fixed 2 years ago). Last week I purchased and installed the advanced controller for my 2 gyre xf150s.... ever since then I get a bubbling/gurgling sound ever now and then from the drains. I have tried to adjust the flow setting and power but doesn't help. I assume since I now have both pushing water at each other they are forcing water into the overflow faster which somehow is causing the sound (I ran them one at a time before, one ran for 30min then off and other came on. never ran at same time before now). What can I do to fix? my thinking is maybe dial back the flow from my return pump or adjust the air holes on the top of the dursos (bigger or smaller?)

anyone got an idea how I might correct the issue? Before I added the advanced controller I had no issue with noise... now since both pumps run at the same time I assume they are pushing more water into the overflow in the middle of tank. would adjusting the holes on the standpipes do anything (the air holes drilled in the top)? Would they need to be bigger or smaller? I have a DC return pump so when I get home today I will try to dial it down to see if it helps, I already tried to dial it up and it didn't help.

If you're getting the toilet flush/gurgle sound, dialing back the return flow should help fix it. You shouldn't have to do anything with the air holes.
