Mummy eye chalice

My mummy eye chalice is beginning to bleach on edge, getting worse. Treatments?

Thank you.

You sure its not just new growth?

Of course we would need to know about your tank/current parameters, if parameters have been stable, if its possibly being stung by another coral, etc...etc...

And a picture would help. How long have you had it, BTW?

try shading him under a rock. they can get sensitive to light depending on water parameters. they need very little light. I've had mine for about 6 years.

If it was placed on the bottom sometimes the edges will get buried in the sand and this will cause the tissue to recede.
