Weird behaviour
I have a couple zebra turbo snails and they have been great. A few days ago I just did 5 gal water change in which I usually do 10 gallons in my 40 gal. Breeder. They were both upside down so I turned them over and there still in the shell but closed off. My parameters went up some but other than that nothing out if the ordinary. REST off my other snails are all good. My rock is fairly clean though with little algae but lots of corraline. Have a tuxedo urchin to which is doing fine. Not sure what's going on with my turbos

Might be the parameters, how much did they go up. I have some zebra turbo snails in my tank that are over three years old, they seem to be pretty hardy.

Parameters weren't out of the ordinary. Alkalinity rose from about 8.7 to 9.5 give or take a bit. Thats the only one I was concerned about. Yeah they are hardy but were the only ones affected with such a small water change. Had a zebra years ago the size of a golf ball!
