Plate coral not looking too good
I got this guy two weeks ago and he was looking very good at the LFS and for the first few days. Then I noticed he stopped inflating and was losing flesh in some areas. He still extends his tentacles and eats whenever I target feed him mysis or he catches it. Not really sure what's happening. Nitrates and phosphates are both undetectable, all other params are in good shape. All other corals seem to be doing good as well.
My only guess is that he may have bleached, as I noticed him expelling some zooxanthellae right before he started to look bad. In the LFS he was under T5s and now I have him under an AI Hydra 26, which I didn't acclimate him to. Figured it would be fine since he was high on the rocks in the LFS tank but on the sand in mine. Put the plate in the shade. I'm using t-5s and had the same problem. After two days my plate got its color back.

Also how much flow to you have on it. In my case, mines like moderate light to low flow.

Low flow. I moved it into the shade and he seems a bit better but it's only been two days.

He is fully extended now in lower light. Thanks for the tip.
