That a pretty big bio-load for an SPS tank, doable but you are likely going to need employ some type of carbon dosing to keep your nitrates low. I would be very cautious of the Lightning Clowns, they are very aggressive and will stake out at least half your tank and not allow other fish anywhere near their territory. If you do decide to keep them, be sure they are the last fish you add, they will not allow new fish into a 75 gallon tank.

I strongly agree with this. I have a 75 as well, and I got very lucky that my ocellaris clowns are two major pushovers, and they don't really care about new additions. I would strongly recommend against the maroons, and go with something a little bit more peaceful. That being said, your bioload is very large, and nitrates will be a problem in that tank, which is a no no for SPS. Personally, I would go with less fish, just so it's easier to control your parameters. I currently only have 5 smallish fish in my 75, and I still have a problem with hair algae every so often.
Back to your question, my favorite wrasses are: Cirrhilabrus Lineatus, Cirrhilabrus Jordani, and Macropharyngodon bipartitus/meleagris. All of those should be fine in your tank, and most are peaceful as well. The first two can be pricey but are well worth it. Let us know if you have more questions.

Good advice above. I would echo the opinions on the maroons. I wouldn't be surprised if a bonded and/or mating pair of maroon clowns completely owned a 75.

I would add the maroons last. The angel should be able to hang. Not sure if the clowns would care about the cardinals or not.

As for the wrasse... since the flashers are jumpy and passive, I would go with a more robust wrasse. Maybe a melanurus or a dusky wrasse.

I added my maroon first. I got lucky he is relatively nice to new inhabitants after he lets them know he's the boss.

Any suggestions on fish that could hang with the maroons?

I do know the feeling. Unfortunately I'm going to recommend if you stick with the maroons, I wouldn't add anything else to the tank.

I'm thinking they may have to be the only fish in the tank at least it will get fairly large maybe a 6line for pest control

Just a heads up on the maroon: my 13 year old maroon went berserk one weekend and killed a radiata lion, royal gramma, marine beta, and a CBS. It had almost taken down my potter's angel as well before I trapped the maroon. Just be prepared to lose some fish as the maroons mature and start to spawn.
