Monti Setosa no PE?

I have a red ( orange whatever you call it mine is colored more red) Setosa Frag. I was doing some tank cleaning and battling a small bubble algae outbreak ( I am winning that battle btw).

However the rock that the frag has encrusted onto now had a little BA on it so I took it out of the tank and used a Xacto knife to cut the BA away and off the rock. Afterwards I used a small syringe filled with hydrogen peroxide to kill the spores that the bubbles release when popped. Keep in mind I did this very quickly and out of the water to ensure that no BA Spores got into my DT. Upon putting the rock back into my DT a small part of the frag broke off I actually had been wanting to frag it myself soon anyways so I was happy about that. However since the all of this neither the larger frag or the smaller broke off frag has had any polyp extension at all. It has been about 10 days total since I last truly saw polyp extension.

There is no bleaching or browning going on at all. I can also see the small spots where its polyps usually extend from. I have tested all my params and they are all spotless
SG/Salinity 1.024/32
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Phosphate absolute 0 ( after letting test sit for 20 mins water turned clear)
PH 8.2
Ca 460
Mg 1460
KH 9.6

Everything else in my tank looks great, I have a purple and green monti cap that are both shocking me with their polyp extension, A birds nest which is steadily growing and I never see its polyps retract. frogspawn, Hammer, Two RBTA's that just split July 4th ( haha). On the same rock of the main setosa frag is also a Green StagHorn, which I thought I was going to lose to STN but has made a wonderful come back and has regained all of its polyps and slowly starting to rebuild its Green tissue. (STN happened back in may) But is also showing wonderful polyp extension.

So does anyone have any idea what might be causing my beloved setosa to not show extend its polyps?. Did I maybe splash some Hydrogen peroxide on it or kept it out of the water too long?

Thanks for all of the input!
