We found some stars, is these reef safe or not?

Those look to me like the common sea star Asterias rubens from the north atlantic. It may not like typical reef tank temperatures but the bigger problem will be feeding it, since they primarily eat bivalves (clams, mussels, etc). Also they can get pretty huge.

If that's the species, most people would say if's not reef safe I think.

Where did you collect them?

Even if they are reef safe, one is enough. If it's a 180g tank or bigger, 2 is enough. If you have (or intend to have) delicate corals, these can be bulldozers and do some serious damage.

I collect them in mediterenian sea near istanbul

That's what I was thinking there's like 18 in that bucket. 18 of almost anything is too much in my opinion.
