White Feathery Stuff growing at the bottom of live rocks
Hi! Can someone help me ID these please? Are they safe? They've been growing a lot at the back of my live rock where there are no direct light.
Been reading about small feather dusters, but need confirmation Pic here: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Good thing to have, sign of a well established tank. Harmless! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

They are filter feeders and good for the tank. But more often than not they go away as the tank matures. Most (99%) sponges are very difficult to keep in a marine tank. They typically die off over weeks or as long as several months.
