Return Pump Question for 30g

I'm looking for a return pump for my 30g reef tank. I'm looking for something that is $50 or under, submersible, and reliable. There are loads of pumps on Amazon that are $20-30 with plenty of GPH and max head height. I have about 3' from sump back to the tank. I'm on a budget so I can't afford eheim or the nicer pumps. Does anyone have experience with the lesser known/used brands and had success? Thank you.

In general most should be fine..
I've used some lifegard quite ones before without issue.. They are cheap..

^^^2nd that Check Quiet one 1200 and 2200 pumps they go on sale so make sure you check out all the sponsors and especially DF&S.
