100 Gallon Crystal Dynamics Reef Build
Iv been out of the hobby for 7+ years. The last two years iv been looking at getting back into it. Iv had my eye on the Red Sea Reefer for some time now. Ended up going to MACNA in New Orleans and made out like a bandit!!!! Pick up a 100 Crystal Dynamics Tank. As well as a lot of other equipment.
My plan is to turn this tank into mostly SPS dominate tank. Im running the Kessil Ap700 on the tank, at around 56% in the middle of the day. Found a cool a cool skimmer at MACNA, that I am not very familiar with. The skimmer is a Mode Aquarium PGX-1800. The return pump is a Wave line DC2500. So far everything has been running pretty smoothly rock, sand, and water have been added. Here are some pictures so far. |

Tank looks great! Waiting on delivery of my own CD tank, and hope the quality is as good as the threads here suggest.

Fraggle_rock, what's the length of that tank? Mine will be 40", and I wondered what you think of the coverage of the Kessil 700 as the sole light.
