Feeder Box

Posting this here instead of the Seahorse forum because I figure it likely to get more ideas as this is not only something I would think people would use with Seahorses.

Wanting to either buy or create a kind of feeder box for some Seahorses. Something that would give me the ability to put some defrosted frozen food in it and let the horses eat at their own pace but not have to worry about all the other fish getting to it or it getting lost in the rocks. Anyone know if something like this is commercially available or if someone has made a thread about making something of the like?

Thank you

Not sure how you ever intend to only allow seahorses in but keep fish out..
But if you google seahorse feeder there are numerous devices sold.. However their success depends highly on the mouth size/shape of your fish and being smaller than they can get into but large enough that the seahorse can fit it snout into..

Could be as simply as a vertical tube with holes drilled in the side that you can drop food into and they can get it through the holes..

Pretty much by trying to create a bottom that has a small opening that only a seahorse snout can get into. Though a pipe with some holes sounds like a winning plan too.
