1 hydra 26 HD enough?
Have a 24x24x12 30 gallon
I’m leaning toward the Hydra 26 HD. Would one be good enough or should I get two? Should I look at the Hydra 52 HD? Just have a few fish now, but going to add coral in the next few months Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have mine mounted over a IM20G which is 24x15x13 and is 10" over the tank. lights everything perfectly fine. should be enough for your tank aswell. but to get rid of any shadowing there is, i retrofited two t5 bulbs. coral pop and growth is going very well with the combo.

As others have said if your able add some T5, I run 2 26'sand 4 T5 over a 42x22X12 tank. 300 par (very even as well) at the bottom of the tank at 70%intensity.
