Dead Skunk Cleaner.
Just put this guy in two days ago. He was eating and doing shrimp stuff. Did a partial sand sift last night which created a bit of a storm and new shrimp is now deceased. All water parameters are fine. Any thoughts on his demise?

Are you sure it wasn't just a molt? They tend to do that when introduced to a new tank.

The skunk cleaners are probably the most finicky of "beginner friendly" stuff. Source: I read a lot after I put one in early only to have it die.
They are very sensitive to fluctuations in just about every parameter. I see you only got your tank going in the last few weeks, so it seems unlikely that you had a spike of anything from the sandbed; more likely you just had too much fluctuation in something because the tank is so new.
