65 Gallon Rimless build
Finally completed my 65 Gallon build.
I went for the Red Sea look with the white cabinets. The setup consists of a bean animal style overflow and a 1/3 tank overflow box with smoked glass. The aquascape is difficult with a 65 Gallon, but Fiberglass rods (orange driveway markers) became my best friend! If you guys are interested, I can show more of the internals and the build process! Cheers! |

Thanks guys for your comments
I gotta attribute the looks to my wife who forced me to go rimless / build a nice matching stand lol! Rimless is actually a lot more work and design compared to the black trimmed tanks. I never knew this and it caused me a lot of headaches and sleepless nights. But seeing it come together is worth it. |

I like the look. I am actually thinking about doing the same next to my fireplace. I have 48” to work with between the wall and the fireplace. Not sure if I want to use a 48 or 36 inch tank. The 48” tank would be hard to clean because it would be right next to the the walls. Which tank supplier did you go with?
