First Zoas
I just ordered my first Zoas and Palys. The zoas weren’t IDed and were $1 so probably aren’t anything particularly special, I liked the blue ones and decided I might as well get the others. The Palys are Green People Eaters.
I’m not 100% sure where in the tank they should be placed for optimal growth...from my research I think mid level? 75 gallon tank, 10 gallon sump. Current livestock is a pair of young Ocellaris Clowns, a Sally Lightfoot crab, assorted small hermits, and nassarius, cerith, and nerite snails. |

Place them where they seem happy. Move the plug around if they don't. Don't finalize a location right away.

Oh yes, I planned to wear disposable gloves when handling them. After reading the “caution newbie” sticky, I ordered some shoulder length reusable nitrile gloves.
