What is the best way to remove brown alage?

I think my problem started when cleaned the glass and disturbed my deep sand bed. I did a water change every week 10% have 60 gallon reef with live rock, live sand. I changed my filter media still brown alage. Water tested good. Will a bigger cleaning crew help remove the brown alage such as having more hermit crabs and snails. I have nassaris, and 1 turbo.

If the tank is new it will clear on its own and move on to the next ugly stage.

Probably just a normal.. expected diatom bloom that can happen when disturbing the sand bed...
It will pass.. could be a few days.. could be a few weeks.. but it will likely go away..

I would add a bunch more algae consuming snails to your tank if you just have 1 turbo..

I would let it pass if it is a new tank. Will be many phases the first year until the tank settles down.
Be careful with adding more cleanup crew and that they have something to consume if or once this stage passes. A large cleanup crew die off won't help things out either.
