Small hole in Devil's Hand

recently i noticed a small hole in middle of Devil's Hand. Had it for a while and been healthy, always opens during daytime. Can only see the hole during lights out when coral closes otherwise coral acts healthy being fully open.

anything to be concerned about?

It might be trying to reproduce, but definitely keep an eye on it. The link below might help. Even though it's regarding a Sarcophyton, a Lobophyton is pretty much the same.
