Salt cloudiness on used aquarium i just bought question

Bought a used aquarium that had that typical dried salt cloudy haze on the inside of the glass. I tried to use vinegar and also lemon juice. it lessened it but its still there. not horrible but there. i read oxiclean is aquarium safe and was considering using it but am wondering if it is needed. if i fill this huge thing up will i even see it or does it not show when water is added? I could just fill it up and check but it would save me a lot of work to know beforehand. thanks
