Filer socks and pods
Hi guys,
Just placed an order for pods to later realize I use filter socks. They get really dirty so they seem to be doing me good. I assume socks don't quite go well with pods right?...

If you have a fuge that doesn’t drain into the sock you should be good. Just make sure to have live rock and algae in the fuge.

I have a lot of pods in my refugium and I run socks 24/7. I don't even run a direct drain line into my refugium, all the water passes through the filter socks first.
