1 of 4 AI Primes wont respond?

1 of my Primes was taking more time than the other 3 to turn on or off. It’s a child and light is solid blue- same as two others and the parent is solid green. It won’t turn on now. Should I factory reset them all or is it dead or is there a fix?

Not sure if you are having the same issue as I am but the light I dedicated as the Parent became child and the one I had dedicated as child 1 has turned Parent. I have tried everything to get my lights fixed right and they will not do what I want them to do and I am not a happy camper spending this much money on these lights. I know this did not help any but you might check the one that is not coming on right and see if it has chosen to be a parent.

how old are your lights? I tried to factory reset mine and it does not work.

I bought used and they have been working well for over a year. I do a factory reset every time I change Wifi. I think I would have to be reset all of them
