Readion Natural Modes with ReefLink don't work.

Hi,

I've 3 Radion G4 Pro connected with a ReefLink device.

Since 4 or 5 months ago I can not use Natural Modes, when I try to configure one of the Natural Modes (Shallow or Deep Water) I get an error on the www.ecosmartlive.com web page and ReefLink shows LED 6 red and LED 5 yellow. Obviously Radion Lights are not programmed.

I tried updating all firmwares and still does not work. I connected ReefLink with a network cable (not Wifi)

I spent more than 3000€ with the lights and the ReefLink and they don't work as expected.

What can I do?

Am I the only one with this problem??

I have exactly the same problem, when i try to program natural mode i get an error and the reeflink led status change from solid blue to led 6 red and led 4 yellow... can anyone try to solve the problem.
