Problems with advast marine ato

Hi

My marine advast ato has stopped working it calls for water but the diaphragm pump will not draw water up to the pump
I have ran new hose down to my basement with no luck.even filled a bucket and put it by the tank still will not draw water up
I went with this system due to being able to pump up from my basement with the diaphragm pump
Worked great untill today when i found the sump level low
I have sent a email to advast

Is the pump turning on just not pumping water at all?. If so diaphragms inside it could have ripped/broke... Or other internal problem...Not sure if they have a rebuild kit...
