Jebao sw 8 stuck in locked mode.

Anyone have any tricks to get it unlocked? I tried holding the lock button but it does nothing. These are brand new just put in the tank. Please save the " you get what you paid for" just looking for some help. Thanks.

unplug it? plug it back in?
You sure its locked and not in slave mode?

Typically its just a long press to lock/feed mode and potentially just a quick press to bring it out..
