Algae what do I have?
I believe I am still in the diatom bloom I have low to zero phosphate and nitrate is between 10-20.

Totally normal diatom phase...
All part of the initial "ugly stages" of a new tank.. Typically goes diatoms them green film algae and sometimes followed by some cyano bacteria. Again...totally normal..nothing you need to do.. Just stick with typical 20% water changes every 2 weeks or so... And great work turning down the blue channel of your lights for those last few pictures..

Looks like the start of some green hair algae in there too on the middle rocks, most visible in the last picture below the... filefish?... mouth.
