BubbleMagus Dosing Pump question
I picked up a Bubble Magus 3 channel dosing from a fellow reefer who is no longer in the hobby.
I am in the process of setting it up.and I'm stumped. Can this unit be programmed to deliver a set amount of fluid for 1time only ,not a regular schedule.I see that to run manually, you have to physically press and hold button.Thats not use friendly. Finding the instructions useless but I am still determined to figure it out. Thanks

No.. A dosing pump like that is not intended to run a fixed amount on a random user trigger.
Thats what measuring cups are for What are you trying to dose manually?

I'm going to be starting with a 2 part regiment. From how I understand it,magnesium part gets added once a gallon of alk and a gallon calcium part are consumed. Which is not done daily.

Many just dose mag manually as needed..(not using the dosing pump at all)
You can certainly just do a small single daily dose of mag though too..
