Also, all my pics have been taken with my IPhone. I am starting to look at DSLR cameras to take better pics (mainly macros). I am looking at Nikons specifically, but am open to any suggestions. I want something versatile but won’t break the bank.

So almost 2 months later and I have another update:

My tank is running very well, I had a small gha outbreak after removing the last of the sand, but overall I think it has definitely had a positive effect. I have noticed that the corals have responded positively to the increase in flow and that I have been able to reduce the amount of water for water changes. I am now down to just 5 gallons every 2 weeks. I pretty much just siphon the bottom of the glass for any build up of detritus. I have also noticed that all of the detritus accumulates in the 2 rear corners of the tank. A water change now takes me less than 10 minutes. Additionally, the coralline has began to grow all over the bottom of the glass. The fish love he extra swimming room and caves created by removing the sand. I have also added a yellow tank and 2 pincushion urchins to the tank. Both of my gangs have show. No aggression towards each other and actually seem to like swimming with each other all day long. Here are some updated pics. I watched the video from Meleves Reef and picked up some good tips on taking photos with my IPhone. I think I still need some more practice, but they are definitely far better than the previous ones. Hope you all enjoy!
