Looking for new setup for my mp40



Whats up guys? Im looking for a new setup for my mp40 , at the moment im running this setup ,

Comment down any suggestions or post your set up

I have a reefer 250


The mp40 is on the right side of the tank

I would suggest getting another MP40 into your tank. I've got 2 set up on a 65g (Just ordered a Rimless 120g so I will be pushing the power up on them once I have it set up and cycled). I've found the more power heads that you have will distribute the flow better.

I have mine set as follows:

Left Side: 12a-8a - 20% Constant, 8a-1p - 25% Reef Crest, 1p-5p - 30 % Tidal Swell, 6p-10p - 25% Lagoon, 10p - 12a - 20% Constant

Right Side: 12a-8a - 20% Constant, 8a-1p - 25% Reef Crest, 1p-5p - 25 % Tidal Swell, 6p-10p - 20% Lagoon, 10p - 12a - 20% Constant

I've got a mix of SPS, LPS, and Softies. Once we added both power heads we were able to get rid of the cyano that covered our rock and sand.
