new critter event today
I had a blue legged hermit today for some reason drop his shell. I know one of them molted last night prob this guy but he was on my rock work with no shell walking around like it was normal.
Every single animal in my tank all at once went after him. My clown fish was picking him up and trying to swim off (and its a good sized hermit) mu skunk cleaner ripped it from my clown fish and ran off with him in his claws. Everything was lined up in a frenzy. I put my hand in and broke it up and placed a shell near the hermit and he hopped in it and everything just went back to normal. crazy to watch.
