Question Zoas Don't Look Happy (New Tank)

Hi, my 10-gallon tank is about 5 weeks old and I have a clownfish and damsel.

Water parameters are excellent: 0 ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate; ph 8; dKH 9, ca 450, mg 1500

I received some zoa frags from an online vendor and they don't look that good. Some are open but they don't look happy.

Sg is 1.025 and temp is 76 F.

I'm running a Kessil A80 on about half intensity.

Any ideas what I can do to help them grow?

Let nitrates get up a little . . . 5-10. Lighting would be other guess if newly put in.
