Neptune PH probe drop to 6.9PH

Hi everyone
Have if any of you have experience this?
My Neptune PH probe was working perfectly till I did a water change and suddenly dropped to 6.9.

My question is should I just recalibrate it or is it dead and needs a new one?

By the way, how do I know if the probe is dead for apex system? Does it show a random reading or doesn't show a reading at all?

Thank you all

I found a way to fix it. So I unplug the probe last night and plug it back this morning. Everything worked again. So happy!
