flooring strength questions.

Hello all im new here so i hope this is in the right section. i recent bought a house after moving cross country a second time. i am now starting over with a new tank. i am going to start small with a 40b tanks and homemade 2x4 stand. now my question is about floor strength because the floor construction is different than i am used to seeing. the floor construction is 4x6 joists on 48in centers/w 2x8 (laid flat) sub-floor perpendicular to joists. is this strong enough for my tank considering it may sit between two joists?

I would consult with a structual engenieer if its your home, and make sure you get something from the insurance company that the will cover the tank/aka water damaged in case anything happens.
