Return Pump?

I have a 45 gal Red Sea MaxE 170 and a 25 gal sump. I am looking to replace return pump looking at eheim but not sure what size I need. I have about 4ft of head loss. I am guessing need 5x return rate so looking for pump that would do 225 GPH at 4ft hight that correct? I don't see where theres a chart though for this.. thanks

I Am guessing this one:

Sicce Syncra Silent 1.5 Multifunction Aquarium Pump (357 GPH) This will be a good return for my tank I am guessing.

I would say the 2.0 Sicce would be better, or the Eheim 1260, how big is your sump area for the return pump?

The manual of Red Sea recommended to use a return pump with at flow of at least 2700 lph so they saying a 3.0 Sicce. My sump is a trigger 20 inch cube. Return Pump Section: 13.25" x 7.625"

Sicce I don’t think can be controlled by Profilux but eheim can. What eheim though

You think 1262 be sufficient or go with sicca 3.0

45 gallon tank, 1260 is almost 10x, you were looking for 1/2 that.
Up to you.

Red Sea recommends Siccea 3.0 pump. Don't you still think that is too much flow? I also have a MP40 as well
